Nestled in the heart of our new home on Callawassie Island, Angie’s Artworks looks out over a tapestry of marshlands, the rolling green of the golf course, and a tranquil lagoon that shimmers from sunrise to sunset. Each window frames a living canvas: morning mist drifting over golden grasses, herons wading in the shallows, oaks draped in Spanish moss, and sunlight dancing across the water’s surface. The ever-changing spectacle of nature and light offers endless inspiration throughout all four seasons, making this studio a sanctuary for creativity and artistic exploration.

The winding down of Angie's professional career in the business world marked a profound turning point—a chance to return to her happy place: painting. After years of navigating boardrooms and bustling schedules, Angie found herself drawn back to the easel with a sense of rediscovery and joy. Her passion for travel, which had taken her to vibrant cities and remote corners across the globe, infused her art with color, movement, and a tapestry of lived experience.
Relocating to Callawassie Island brought with it a new chapter, where the tranquil rhythms of southern living and the island’s abundant beauty offered fresh inspiration each day. This fulfillment—born of adventure and the serenity found in her new surroundings—shines through in Angie’s work, where vivid palettes and optimistic energy capture both the spirit of her journeys and the peacefulness of her present.
